Shipping and Handling
- Orders will be process and shipped within 2
working days after order confirmation and payment received.
- It typically requires 6-12 days for the product
to be shipped to major destinations.
(usually within 3 to 5 days for Singapore addresses if stocks are
available locally)
- Flat rate of S$35 handling and shipping charges
apply for international shipment (via Speedpost Air Parcel).
- For Singapore addresses, there will be no
handling and shipping charges. Local non-registered postage is inclusive.
Terms and Conditions
- Products sold are non-refundable.
- Limited Warranty : Within 30 days (from Date
of Purchase) 1-for-1 exchange for faulty units.
- For exchange of faulty unit, sender will pay
for shipping the unit back.
- If unit is tested to be faulty, cost of
shipping out the new unit will be borne by us.
- Faulty items must be sent back (within 30 days
from date of purchase) in its original package and all accessories in
the original package must be included.
- If the item is damaged by customer's own
negligence or package not complete, it will not be accepted for exchange
and will be dispatched back to the customer (in this case customer will
bear shipping charge).
- To exchange faulty product, please send us an
email with your name, order number, product name, and a description of
the problem you encounter with the product. We will not process the
exchange request if these information are not complete.
- We will not be held responsible for any legal
disputes or damages that may arise due to improper use or installation
of the product.
- We reserve the rights to amend the Terms and
Conditions without prior notice.
